Metro1

Metro 1 Commercial is one of the preeminent real estate firms in South Florida, known for its key role in the development of neighborhoods such as Wynwwod, Edgewater, Little Haiti, Downtown, and the Design District. Approaching its 15th year in business, with an impressive track record of both real estate deals and philanthropy within the community, the firm was working hard to stay relevant in a quickly-changing environment. With the threat of new boutique competitors spawning constantly, and the B2B customer journey increasingly shifting to online methods, Metro 1 needed to maintain its position and reputation in the marketplace as the go-to firm for Miami’s urban core.

Metro 1 approached Sparo to put together a marketing strategy for the company that would strengthen its reputation, generate brand awareness, and grow its online footprint.

Working within the client’s budget, Sparo developed a 360-degree digital marketing strategy to address the client’s weaknesses and attain the determined goals.
